Violations may be subject to criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

NC Solution does not use members’ email addresses to send commercial advertising without prior consent.

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

(1) No one shall collect email addresses from an internet website that expressly refuses such collection, by using an automated program or other technical device.

(2) No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).

(3) No one shall use email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
